Shoshanna Fine - 2021 Charles E. Irwin Jr., New Investigator Award recipient

 
 

Shoshanna Fine was selected by the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine (SAHM) as the recipient of the 2021 Charles E. Irwin Jr., New Investigator Award for her paper, "Early adolescents in adversity: A latent class approach to understanding patterns of emotional and behavioral problems across low-resource urban settings worldwide." In their award letter, the Awards Research Sub-Committee commended her for her "well-written, thorough, and engaging paper," and for her contribution to the field of adolescent health and medicine. Shoshanna is currently a Postdoc with Johns Hopkins University working with the Global Early Adolescent Study on mental health projects.
