MSc. Francisca Dávalos is undergraduate in Anthropology from Universidad de Chile, graduated Master in Social and Political Anthropology (FLACSO Argentina), and Master in Human Rights and Social Policy (UNSAM, Argentina). She holds a Diploma on Local Development and Social Economy (2013, FLACSO Argentina), and a Diploma in Mainstreaming Gender (2017, Universidad de Santiago). Her experience in teaching has developed in Cultural Anthropology, Urban Anthropology, Qualitative Methodology, and Human Rights Education. She co-coordinates the Network of Humans Rights Education Teams (REEDH), a network oriented to promote and take actions to strength Human Rights Education in society and in educational environments. She has done research in areas such as poverty and slums, Right to the City, women’ social participation, participating in the Nucleus Laboratory of Applied Anthropology and Public Policies (2009-2017, FLACSO Argentina). In the area of health, her research has been in health integrated networks in the Province of Buenos Aires (2015-2016, PAHO Argentina), and in national prevention and detection programs in cancer (2014-2015, Cancer National Institute, National Health Ministry-Universidad ISalud Argentina).
